We offer free shipping worldwide including the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, India, Asia and etc. except for some remote countries which will have a little shipping cost. If your area is not showing shipping information, please contact us. We can provide a quotation for the cost.

    Orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 5-15 business days depending on your location. The shipping time is not included customs clearance time. The delivery time will be varied on the Covid-19 situation in some countries. For international deliveries, we use FedEx and TNT Express.

    In the event we are not able to ship to the shipping address you advise due to shipping company territory limitation update or the law and customs restrictions in each country., we will notify you, your order will be canceled, and you will receive a refund.

    For international deliveries, Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.

    If you refuse a shipment from our courier, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our courier. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
