Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide including Europe, USA, Asia and Australia. Simply select the appropriate region at checkout to view the estimated rate If your area is not showing a shipping rate or to confirm the rate please contact us. We can provide a quotation for the cost.


Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-5 business days depending on your location. The delivery time will be varied on Covid-19 situation in some countries. For International deliveries we use DHL EXPRESS and FedEx.


In the event we are not able to ship to the shipping address you advise due to shipping company territory limitation update or the law and customs restrictions in each country., we will notify you, your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a refund.


For international deliveries, Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.

If you refuse a shipment from our courier, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our courier. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.


We are not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit.. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the package is delivered to the correct address and signed for by the customer. We are not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party.
